Independent’s Week Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter of this competition is Toolstream Ltd of Boundary Way, Lufton Trading Estate, Yeovil BA22 8HZ (the ‘Promoter’).
2. Entry into the competition is free.
3. The competition is open to those aged 18 years old or over. Entrants should note that proof of identity, address and age may be required, and use of a false name, identity or address will result in disqualification from the competition.
4. Entrants must be European residents.
5. Entries must be made via toolstream.com.
6. To participate entrants must have placed an order with a value of £100 or more online at toolstream.com. Participants will receive one entry per qualifying order placed.
7. The competition will run until 23:59pm on 14th July 2024.
8. The winner will be chosen at random and notified via e-mail by Friday 19th July 2024.
9. Prizes as follows: 1st prize £500/500€ Toolstream credit | 2nd prize £250/250€ Toolstream credit | 3rd prize £100/100€ Toolstream credit.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
11. The promoter, Toolstream Ltd, reserves the right to publish the name of the winner. The winner is required to give full co-operation to all requests by the promoter.
12. The promoter, Toolstream Ltd, is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected to this competition.
13. The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. If the winner is unable to take up the prize for any reason, or if Toolstream Ltd has not been able, after making reasonable efforts, to contact the winner, Toolstream Ltd reserves the right to award the prize (without notice to the first winner chosen) to an alternative winner. In this case the first winner will not be eligible for any share of the prize. Toolstream Ltd shall not have any liability in such eventuality.
15. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
